Jerry Allen has been in the construction business for over 25 years. J. Allen Construction Company specializes in custom, crafted homes. Many of Jerry’s subcontractors have been with him since the beginning, assuring extremely high quality workmanship. In addition, J. Allen Construction does remodels, additions, and light commercial construction.

Jerry is a very ‘hands-on’ owner/builder with an attention to detail that exceeds homeowners’ expectations allowing them to move into their dream homes as scheduled. Jerry is involved in every phase of the building process from design to the completion of the home. He stands behind his work 100% and if there is a problem, be assured that the problem will be resolved. In 2001, Jerry was recognized by the Larimer County Building Department for his excellence and “outstanding professionalism in the building process.” Homeowners say it and his subcontractors know it, “you’ll never have a better building experience!”

He takes a great deal of pride in his work and his reputation, so, he makes sure a home is built correctly and to the homeowners' satisfaction. He is personally involved with all aspects of the construction process, from the very beginning meetings until well after the completion of the house.
Jerry is not just an owner, but a very hands on owner, working on the job every day. He is involved with the homeowners and their designer/architect to assist in the design and drawing process, he will operate a tractor/skid loader to backfill a foundation, and you will even see him finish caulking joints when the home is nearing completion.
Jerry readily takes care of any problems or corrections that need fixing long after the project is completed, and he employs subcontractors that also have the same work ethic to insure a quality product. He is very detail oriented from start to finish and was honored with a plaque by the Larimer County Building Department in 2001 for "Recognition for Outstanding Professionalism through the construction process."
